Conference Accomodation

The prices below are the cost of onsite accommodation only (meals are part of the conference fee):

• Camper parking with communal bathroom 29 € for the first person. For all additional persons, the 14 € tent price applies.

The price includes bed linen and two towels for a room booking.

Single night - surcharge per person 6 €

Children

• If you sleep in one of our beds, the respective overnight rate will be charged.

• We can also put a mattress in the room with bedding. Then the mattress on the floor price is due (25 € / per night).

• If you take care of an extra mattress and bedding for the children, your stay is free of charge. In this case, we will be happy for you to make a donation for water consumption, etc.

We cook regional, seasonal, vegan and organic food. All meals are prepared lovingly and freshly in our kitchen – with freshly harvested, local ingredients for a balanced, but also versatile diet. Some even comes directly from the Permakulturgarten, which is located in the Steyerberg life garden.

Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least one month before your first night of accommodation. For example, if you’re staying at Lebensgarten on July 8, 2026 (the night before the conference), you must cancel by June 7, 2026. No refunds will be given after that date.
