By public transport

From Nienburg/Weser station there are direct bus connections to  Lebensgarten Steyerberg (lines 10 and 17). The bus stop is located directly at the entrance of  Lebensgarten Ecovillage. Current timetables at http://www.vln-nienburg.de/.

By car

From the West

Motorway Dortmund-Hannover A2 to the exit “Porta Westfalica”, then about 40 km of country road in the direction of Nienburg to Leese, there turn left to Stolzenau, through Stolzenau direction Nienburg, in Schinna left, then shortly before Steyerberg turn left onto the bypass to the sign “Lebensgarten”.

From Hannover

B 6 to Nienburg, continue on the expressway direction Bremen to the exit Liebenau, behind Liebenau right to Steyerberg, continue on the bypass to the sign “Lebensgarten”.

From Hamburg

A7 to Schwarmstedt, then in Nienburg on the expressway direction Bremen to the exit Liebenau, behind Liebenau right to Steyerberg, continue on the bypass to the sign “Lebensgarten”.

Lebensgarten is the terraced house settlement on the left after about 2 km. After the entrance turn right into the Ginsterweg and then immediately to the right of our guest parking lot.

Hannover Airport (HAJ) is the nearest international airport.

Bremen Airport (BRE) is 35 miles away, Münster Osnabrück Airport (FMO) is 64 miles away and Hamburg Airport (HAM) is 110 miles away.

Parking
If you are staying in a private room, please park your car in the guest parking lot or outside Lebensgarten on the edge strip at Borsteler Weg (in front of the playground).

If you are staying in the guest house, you will find a parking space directly behind (also for motorhomes) in the dead end.
Please only briefly unload parking in front of the houses.
